The Wisconsin Livestock Breeders Association is seeking a… Digital Social Media & Event Assistant Intern

This position will support the WLBA Board and its membership through the development and delivery of social media communication. This communication will provide information, promote and provide exposure of WLBA events, as well as support the objectives and goals of the association. The position will also provide support and assistance at all WLBA events:

2025 WLBA Annual Meeting, Spring Preview Show, Livestock Show Camp & Summer Spectacular Show. This position would work perfectly for a post-high school or college age individual!

Timeline: March – August with the ability to work remotely with the exception of attending WLBA events.
Compensation – Paid Intern Position

2025 CASE IH MASTER STOCKMAN AWARD

The Case IH Master Stockman Award is one of the most prestigious awards given to junior livestock project exhibitors, and is generously sponsored by Case IH. The Master Stockman Award recognizes knowledge, skill, leadership, and excellence within beef, sheep, meat goat and swine project work. Three $1000 Master Stockman Awards will be given, as well as two Honorable Mention awards. The deadline for submission is

At the Wisconsin Livestock Breeders Association (WLBA) Board Meeting, held on Wednesday, February 7, 2024, the Board of Directors unanimously voted to not be an approved youth organization for junior exhibitors to show/exhibit under at any county or state fair going forward from this date. This includes any junior exhibitor that has previously exhibited under the WLBA organization in the past.
